Plan the handoff
Ask what is included: road transport, agreed waiting time, empty return and any separately arranged handling. Request clarity on taxes, payment timing and what happens if the address, date or unloading duration changes. These are points to agree, not assumptions to make.
Confirm the next step
Keep shipping-line and terminal charges separate from the road quotation unless they are explicitly included. Carrier conditions and free-time arrangements depend on the shipment. A generic online price cannot replace a quotation for your actual container and delivery plan.
