Ask your customs representative to confirm the clearance position. Then ask the shipping agent and terminal which release or collection steps still apply to your shipment. Do not treat a message about customs as confirmation of every other party’s readiness.
Plan the handoff
Give the transport coordinator the container number, terminal, collection contact and confirmed instructions. Any appointment or access arrangement should be checked with the relevant operator. Keep a single current instruction set so the driver and coordinator do not receive conflicting information.
Confirm the next step
Confirm dispatch only when the collection plan and destination are aligned. If a hold or document issue appears, share the update promptly. MYLO’s road transport request does not itself provide customs clearance or guarantee release by another organization.
